I’m excited to share with you the latest developments in my passion project, the Retro Recording Studio in Unity in my second virtual VLOG of my passion project the virtual reality recording studio.

Over the past year, I’ve been working tirelessly on this project, and I’m pleased to say that it’s coming along. The Retro Recording Studio is a virtual reality environment that allows users to mix, record and make music, learn and share production skills, and socialize in the metaverse while enjoying music.

One of the key developments in the Retro Recording Studio has been the continued improvements in Unity. With each update, Unity brings new tools and features that help me create an even more immersive and engaging virtual experience.

One of the most significant improvements has been the introduction of the Universal Render Pipeline (URP) in Unity. This has allowed me to significantly improve the graphical fidelity of the Retro Recording Studio while also improving its performance. With URP, I can use features like advanced lighting, shadows, and post-processing effects to create a more realistic and polished look.

But it’s not just about the technical improvements. I’ve also been hard at work creating new features and content for the Retro Recording Studio. One of the most exciting new features is the use of Ready Player Me avatars, which allows users to create their unique avatars and enter the virtual studio. This adds a new level of personalization and immersion to the experience.

Furthermore, I’ve been working on expanding the virtual instruments and equipment available in the studio. This will include classic synthesizers, drum machines, real drums and percussion, virtual guitars and other vintage recording equipment that you might find in a real-world recording studio.

Overall, I’m thrilled with the progress that I’ve made in the Retro Recording Studio, and I can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself. If you’re interested in trying out the latest build, head over to my website at anymotion.nl/vrstudio to register for beta access.

Virtual reality vlogging, what’s that??

Have you ever considered vlogging in virtual reality? It’s a great way to showcase your latest developments in a unique and immersive way.

For me, I’ve been using an avatar created with Ready Player Me to vlog about the latest developments in my Virtual Reality Recording studio. It’s been an amazing experience so far and I’ve been able to connect with my audience in a new way.

One of the benefits of using an avatar is the ability to create a persona that represents you in a more stylized and interesting way. With Ready Player Me, I was able to create an avatar that looks like me but with a fun and unique twist. It’s a great way to stand out and make your content more memorable.

Another benefit is the ability to create a fully immersive experience for your audience. With virtual reality, you can take your viewers on a tour of your studio and show them everything in real-time. They can see the latest equipment and watch you mix and record music as if they were there. It’s a great way to give your audience a behind-the-scenes look at your work.

Using an avatar also allows you to be more creative with your content. You can create a storyline or character that interacts with your studio and the equipment. It’s a great way to make your content more engaging and fun.

Of course, there are some challenges to vlogging in virtual reality. One of the biggest challenges is the technical aspect of creating the videos. You need to have the right equipment and software to record and edit the footage. But with the right tools, it can be a lot of fun.

Overall, vlogging in virtual reality with the use of an avatar is a unique and engaging way to showcase your latest developments. It’s a great way to connect with your audience and give them a behind-the-scenes look at your work. So why not give it a try? Who knows, you might just create the next big thing in vlogging!
